Project Vision: To establish at Ispra a permanent centre of expertise in object-oriented GIS technologies based around an in-house developed and maintained OO-GIS research application based on a commercial OO-GIS product.

The project was re-thought and re-resourced on July 6th to run to the same finishing date of November 30th 1998: 90 JRC working days. Re-planning and re-scheduling is incomplete as yet because requirements, architecture and resources are not yet known: only the schedule is known. Project was originally initiated with full management support by A. Annoni on April 10th, 1998 and was to run until November 30th 1998: 160 JRC working days.
